How to request a Bach Shop Card?

Requesting a Shop Card

Conn Selmer customer service provides scans of shop cards for New York and Mount Vernon-era Bach trumpet & trombone instruments.
- Email: shopcards@connselmer.com
- Subject: Shop Card Request – ‘Type’ SN#
Example Subject: Shop Card Request – Trumpet SN#1234 - INCLUDE a photo of the instrument with your finger pointing to the serial number.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- The timing (> 4+ weeks) for receiving a shop card is based on the number of other requests.
- Conn Selmer provides this service as a FAVOR and is not required by the company.
- Not ALL shop cards are available for Bach instruments in the New York / Mt. Vernon era.
- Trumpet serial numbers < 27,000 generally are available, if not missing.
- Trombone serial numbers < 6,500 generally are available, if not missing.
- Shop cards are NOT available for Elkhart-era Bach instruments. Do NOT Ask.
